Human beings are imperfect and experience struggle in many different ways, but that doesn’t make us any less deserving and worthy of compassion, love, and life. I believe that my job as a therapist is not to give you the answers as to whether the glass is half-empty or half-full. My job is to help you come to the realization that the glass is refillable. I truly believe that everyone has the ability to create positive change in their life, it just takes time and effort. To me, Mental Edge means fostering a growth mindset and encouraging others to become the best versions of themselves.
