Referral Program

This program encourages employees to recommend individuals with the skills, experience, and personality that align with the company's core values and goals. Recognizing that current employees often have a deep understanding of the company's needs, fostering a referral culture not only streamlines the recruitment process but also enhances the likelihood of bringing in high-caliber talent who are likely to contribute positively to the company's success.

The structure of this bonus is broken down by full-time, part-time, and position. The pay structure for the bonuses are as followed:

Full-time:

• Medication Providers (Psychiatrist/ Psychiatric NP)

  • $2000 each

• Licensed Therapist

  • $1500 each

• Associate Licensed Therapist

  • $1000 each

• Unlicensed Therapist

  • $500 each

• Administrative Position

  • $250 each

To be paid after referred employee reaches their 90 days of employment.

Part-time:

• Licensed Therapist

  • $500 each

• Associate Licensed Therapist

  • $400 each

• Unlicensed Therapist

  • $250 each

To be paid after referred employee reaches their 90 days of employment.

If referred full-time employee stays employed by Mental Edge Counseling LLC for one year after 90 days of employment both the referrer and referred receive an additional benefit as followed:

• FT Medication Providers/ Licensed Therapists/Administrative

  • Extra 8 hours of PTO each (max of 2 referrals)

• FT Associate Licensed Therapist

  • Extra 6 hours of PTO each (max of 2 referrals)

• FT Unlicensed Therapist

  • Extra 4 hours of PTO each (max of 2 referrals)

Both referred and referrer must be employed full-time during the year to receive this benefit.
